The cocktail list at Martini + Co Werribee runs to several pages, which is great until you have to choose. This guide picks out where to start, with prices from the current menu. The bar is part of the restaurant on Level 1 at Pacific Werribee, next to Village Cinemas, so you can come for a drink before a film, order cocktails with dinner or settle in with a jug to share.
Start With the Martinis
The house speciality is in the name. The fruit martinis are the lightest on the wallet at $15.90: Passionfruit Martini, Lychee Martini, Apple Martini and French Martini. The Watermelon Martini, made with gin, is $18.90.
The dessert martinis are richer. The Nutella Martini ($18.90), with hazelnut, Baileys, honey and cream, is marked on the menu as Martini’s favourite. The Tiramisu Martini and the Raspberry Cheesecake Martini are $22.90 each.
Espresso Martinis, Three Ways
The classic Espresso Martini is $19.90. There are two twists at the same price: a Salted Caramel Espresso Martini made with rum, house-made salted caramel and Baileys, and a Chai Espresso Martini with vanilla chai and coffee liqueur.
Mojitos, Margaritas, Mules and Sours
Mojitos are $19.90 and come in your choice of fruit: raspberry, passionfruit, mango, strawberry, lychee or watermelon. Margaritas are $18.90 as a Classica, Strawberry or Hawaiian with pineapple.
Mules and sours are $19.90. The mules include a Moscow Mule, a Mexican Mule with tequila and the Kamikaze with gin, lychee and cucumber. The sours run from an Italian amaretto sour to a Tennessee bourbon sour. The classics are $19.90 too: Negroni, Old Fashioned, Cosmopolitan, Manhattan and Pina Colada among them.
Jugs to Share
Cocktail jugs are $44.90 and made to share between three or four people. Choose from red or white Sangria, My Mai Tai, Fruit Tingle, Blue Lagoon, Angry Pirate, Rosy Cheeks, Berry Blossom, Harvey Wallbanger and the Watermelon Berry Twist.

What to Eat With Them
The grazing menu is built for sharing over drinks: arancini balls ($17.90), calamari fritti ($17.90), chicken wings in buffalo or BBQ sauce ($17.90) and Mexcellent nachos ($22.90). For a full meal, the dining menu covers pizza, pasta, burgers, steaks and ribs.
After Dinner
Liqueur coffees are $12.90, from an Irish coffee with Jameson to an Italian coffee with amaretto. An affogato is $10.90, and you can add a shot of liqueur.
