Accompany your drinks with a delectable grazing bar, featuring options like Mushroom & Taleggio Pizza, Salt & Pepper Calamari, and Mexican Chilli Frites. Whether you’re craving a classic Caprese Classica or tangy Pork & Ginger Dumplings, there’s something to satisfy every palate. Session Times

The Bottomless Brunch is available during these daily sessions. Each session has a duration of 90 minutes, applicable Monday through Sunday.

Early Bird Session - $89pp: Mon to Fri 11:30am - 4:00pm

Night Owl Session - $99pp: Mon to Fri 5:30pm - 8:00pm

Weekend Chill Session- $109pp: Sat and Sun: 10am – 8pm

Food and Drinks

Bottomless Brunch includes unlimited cocktail jugs and one brunch item per guest. Unlimited cocktail jugs are available during the session, but guests must finish each drink before ordering another. Last drinks will be called 15 minutes before the end of your session another.

Dietary Requirements and Allergies

Guests with allergies or other dietary requirements must inform their wait staff prior to ordering. While Martini + Co will do its best to accommodate dietary needs, it cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens in food prepared in the same kitchen.

Alcohol Service

Martini + Co follows the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations. Guests are required to comply with Australian Licensing Laws regarding the responsible consumption of alcohol.

Booking and Payment

Bottomless Brunch is a prepaid event, and booking is essential. Full payment is required before the start of your session.

Cancellations of Booking

No refunds will be provided for any personal, professional or medical reasons.

Guest Behavior

Guests are required to conduct themselves appropriately and adhere to the behavioral guidelines of Martini + Co, along with Australian Licensing Laws. Any harm to property, individuals, or equipment resulting from unruly behavior will be the guest's responsibility, and any related costs will be charged to the designated credit card. The management of Martini + Co retains the right to maintain a safe and pleasant atmosphere for all patrons. Management will use discretion to enforce these standards.

Surcharge

A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.

My husband and I came here for a date night and we were blown away at how good the food and drinks were. The drinks menu is extensive, the food menu has a great variety of food. I ordered the seafood linguine and it was absolutely delicious. We will be bringing our family from interested here when they come and I’m sure they will be just as impressed as we are.

What an absolutely amazing anniversary dinner at Martini + Co! Everything from start to finish was spot on the food was incredible, the drinks were amazing, and the service couldn’t have been better. We had the slow-cooked ribs, fish and chips and bruschetta, and honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. The ribs were ridiculously good! Such a great atmosphere and the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary together. We’ll definitely be back!

Love this place, been a couple times now and it's great that the staff are so friendly the moment you walk in the door. It's so nice clean and airy and the settings got plenty of room to move and enjoy your meal without feeling like your all packed in. Love the design and decor. The food absolutely spot on and at a really reasonable cost in the current dining experience. Don't bypass this dining experience, they have something for every taste in foods and drink. Highly recommend 😁
I have to add to this review as my family and I have just been back for the 4th time to celebrate a birthday in booth 2 and again the service was outstanding, food amazing and the staff were like extended family bring out my bday cake and singing with us all. I highly recommend you have your celebrations here. Wonderful place, fantastic staff, awesome food. 10 people all satisfied congrats guys 🥰🙏

We had such a lovely experience at Martini & Co Knox, largely thanks to the excellent service from Allanah. She was so genuine and took the time to talk us through her favourite menu choices, while also being refreshingly honest with her recommendations and giving us tips on how to get the best value for money.

Even though we ordered through the QR code, Allanah still came over several times to check that everything was okay and that we had everything we needed. Her service felt personal, attentive and sincere, which is becoming increasingly rare when dining out.

My friend was so impressed that she gave Allanah a tip. She is an absolute asset to the team and deserves to be recognised!

Had a wonderful experience at Martini and Co. The moment I walked in, the bartender made me feel genuinely welcome  not in a rehearsed, going-through-the-motions kind of way, but with real warmth and personality. It's the kind of hospitality that's hard to fake and even harder to find.

The atmosphere at Bayside is lovely, but honestly the highlight was the person behind the bar. Attentive, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. Whether you're a regular or a first-timer, you'll leave feeling like you belong there.

Highly recommend dropping in  great spot, even better people.

I can not sing the praises of this venue and the staff any higher! Come here by chance on a date night and couldn’t have got it anymore right and perfect. From the service to the food EVERYTHING was on point! Will definitely be returning. Chicken was amazing

Had my daughter birthday here on the 15th May. What can I say the moment I walked in to decorate the table the gentleman at the counter ( wish I could have got his name ) was so helpful and kind, this was the setting of the whole evening. Every member of staff made our night memorable from bringing the cake out to helping us light it. I just can’t the staff enough for giving my daughter the best memories. The food was amazing everyone enjoyed it.

Simran what an amazing waitress, always gose above and beyond for me, cocktail recommends and every time I come her she’s knows what I need and has attention to details fetching tomatoe sauce for my granddaughter, ensuring we have drinks and even catering to our gluten-free son in law. Thank you it is rear to come across such service. No doubt we will be back again. Food is amazing, atmosphere is relaxing! Just what we want for a family celebration or quite lunch.

And 5 stars for biggest cocktail menu I have ever seen.  Velvetini was delicious.
We visited again last night.  Great Parma but I changed my rating for service as we had a couple of drink orders forgotten. I   reordered mine and still didn't get it and someone else didn't get theirs either.  Staff seemed very inexperienced and unsure. We weren't told that there was a charge for takeaway containers until after we paid our part of the bill. It should have been either on the menu or st last told to us when we asked for one.  The atmosphere itself was great but the Rap music playing loudly was terrible.  Not appropriate for a restaurant.

Honestly, before walking into martini and co I wasn’t sure what to expect but as soon as I Walked in, I was blown away. The layout, the set up, the decor everything just fits incredibly well together. And then in normal tradition I asked the bartender what he would recommend for a cocktail ended up with a raspberry lemon cheesecake martini to wash down the chicken parmi and I think after three steps Ive truly fallen in love 🥰 will be back many times over
